Can Cde Rian expect a fair hearing from these SABC managers?
By refusing to see our value, the SABC negotiators are:
Who currently keeps the SABC on air?
SEF has convinced Jane Duncan (freedom of expression champion) to accept our nomination, only if it comes from us
The counter proposal is:
Should CWU/MWASA refer the "agreement" signed by "SMS ballot" to CCMA for adjudication?
The letter to SABC Board is hereby:
Who can save the SABC?
What is the main reason you will strike?
What should the Minister do to stop the strike?
Who should we negotiate with?

ReplyDeleteat least the FOUR have been suspended what about the rest? What is happening to comrade Rian Ben?
Another bunch of criminals are leaving the SABC this friday, they will be suspended watch the space!!!
ReplyDeletemusic to my ears I tell you.........what's happening to Comrade Rian, He was spotted entering the sabc building today.
ReplyDeletethe pole on the right should read "is it "unconstitutional" of the sabc to discipline employees who report possible corruption to the public (shareholdeer) the option will then be YES.
ReplyDeletePlease correct.
Cde anonymous - I have erred, the poll is now corrected. Thanks for that - please let the comrades vote. It is what Cde Rian has been charged for, and we need to collect a mandate.
ReplyDeleteComrade Rian's DC is still ongoing, but it is now time for the union to put it's side. We request all members to avail themselves to testify in support of Cde Rian on Monday 2 November.
The deputy plant secretary will prepare the witness list - please email her if you can assist.
Thank you Ben. Does comrade Rian have enough witnesses? Where will the DC be held?
ReplyDeleteThere will neve be enough witnesses in a case based purely on opinion. There is a small group of executives who are convinced Cde Rian was wrong to mobilise members. We require as overwhelming as possible a group of witnesses who thinks otherwise.
ReplyDeleteThe DC will be in K1. Please contact Cde Mimi urgently to put your on the list!
