Exposing the Syndicate

Kindly comment below, to reveal members of the syndicate.

Snuki is still around - Gab asked his to stay.

We believe it is so he can advise on how the syndicate can remain in power.

From this, a pattern emerges: Snuki Zikalala*, Gab Mampone, Robin Nicholson, Paul Tati*, Gideon van Tonder, Dingaan Feliti, Ruben Naiker, Pat Naves, Kobus Potgieter, Andre Weber, Pat Naves, Andries Mashigo, Liketso (HR), Lene Chamberlain, Bernard Koma, Tseliso Ralitabo, Sello Thulo, Sebelelo Dihlakanyane, are all part of a counter productive group of people whose victims suffer the most horrendous consequences.

If the honest worker does not stand up soon and take action - we will always be saddled with these victimisers. There are obviously a lot more to add to this list.

Please feel free to add names as comments - the time has come for a clean up of rubbish.

Seeing that the SABC's (executives) are throwing our money at this case, it is only fair that we throw our support behind our fired comrade.
I beg our leaders to please tell us as soon as possible how to support our comrade against the tirade of the SABC.
We have had enough of this victimisation of our fellow workers.

My suggestion would be the same procedure should be followed as the one where the employees at Sale & Marketing forced Strini and Lene out of their comfortable chairs. Viva the workers Viva!!

  3. Anonymous6/6/09

With that procedure, we sat in Gab's office. In whose office should we sit for Gab and Robbing to be fired?

General Nyandas? I vote for that!

You lost the case, CWU! You did not file your papers in time, and as a result of your incompetence you have lost a very good case. Now the poor member is still suffering. Janine must sue you for your incompetence.

WE WANT JANINE BACK.... WE WANT JANINE BACK......WE WANT JANINE BACK..... WHY? BECAUSE SHE IS NOT THE CORRUPTED ONE. SHE IS SUFFERING, LET THE CORRUPTED PERSON GO!

I don't know Janine but I sympathise. 3 years ago, Airtime Durban's secretary was suspended - along with 5 others - on a case with very little merit. She's still suspended, on pay. sabc takes every court decision to appeal. How much are they spending on legal fees????? The situation is crazy. Is HR's response to everything to litigate - at huge expense! Do they have no legitimate negotiating skill?

HR seriously need to be re-engineered and their purpose (vision/mission/objectives) clearly defined with the buy-in of the Unions.

Our aim is to contribute to a healthy working environment, so that our members can be happy people and WILLINGLY want to be productive!!! and be rewarded for their contributions.

At the moment employees do not/ can not trust HR (except a few exceptions).

  11. From Comrade Rian:

The case has been dismissed by the trial judge, who found that Janine was supposed to remain available DAILY on the off chance that a date is set. The date was set for August 2008, but the union lawyers could simply not find Janine.

The SABC lawyers took full advantage of that, and filed for dismissal.

The trial judge had little sympathy for Janine's explaination that she could not afford a phone, and had NO way to know that the trial was suddenly (out of the blue - no prior indication) for that date.

The case was dismissed with costs.

    Two options remain:

    1. The union can appeal this finding.

    2. A case of defamation can be opened against those who testified falsely at Janine's published hearing (Gab Mampone and Lene Chamberlain), as well as the person who published a falsehood in his appeal finding - Robin Nicholson.

    ....

Comrades, that is what Rian reports to me. He has asked me be to publish another voting button, so we can mandate Head Office with our way forward.

    Alleged Perpetrators
    Comrades

The list of allegations against those who have turned our National Broadcaster into hell, is growing. Please add your own submission as soon as possible, by clicking comment below.

The upload process may sometimes fail. The best is always to type the comment in Notepad first, then cut and paste it in, so if the submit process fails, you'll still have the text, with which you can retry.

Select "anonymous" for now. We are seing much victimisation and silencing at the moment. As soon as Pat Naves, Andre Weber, Dingaan Feliti and Phumelele Nzimande has left, we may finally be able to identify ourselves.

The necessity of this is because on many occasions, Internal Audit's Ruben Naiker and Andries Mashigo, when "confidential" disclosures have been made to them, given that information to Dingaan Feliti, who gives it to the rest of the gang.

This leaves us with no choice but to expose those protected in this way, until external auditors are appointed by the minister.

Please comment without fear, but please do so honestly! We do not remove any comments, unless proven to be false.

Sebelelo Dithlakanyane, the Regional Editor of Kimberley, was Sello Thul'e nurse at a large Bloemfontein Hospital.

She is thoroughly evil, and at least half the staff at Kimberley has resigned because of her.

Sello Thule appointed her in return for sexual favours. She and Sello must both be investigated - the Kimberley staff and Bloemfontein staff must never again suffer under her.

She can not read or write properly, but she is a regional editor? How?

This whole sabc "just a cash-flow problem" has turned up a whole bucket full of worms. In the regions, we hear stories of irregularities but the full extent is really now coming into the spotlight. There are huge systemic problems in sabc. How to cure them without firing the whole of upper management?

JANINE MURISON's CASE IS LOST! THE CWU LEADERSHIP DID NOT FILE HER FOUNDING AFFIDAVIT VIA THEIR LAWYERS. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO NOT GET HOLD OF SOMEONE FOR A YEAR? WHY DID THE CWU NOT MONITOR THE PROGRESS OF THE CASE? SURELY THEY KNEW THE WHEREABOUTS OF THEIR MEMBER? AND WHAT NONSENSE IS THIS FUND TO GET JANINE BACK? SHE WAS A UNION MEMBER, AND THE UNION MUST PAY, IN FULL TO GET HER BACK. WHY ELSE DID SHE PAY UNION FEES? ALTERNATIVELY, THEY MUST PAY HER OUT FOR THE FACT THAT SHE NOW SITS WITH A DISMISSAL RECORD AND WOULD MOST PROPABLY NEVER BE ABLE TO FIND A DECENT JOB AGAIN. THIS IS NEGLEGENCE FROM A TRADE UNION OF THE GROSSEST KIND. JANINE IS NOW AT THE MERCY OF AN APPEAL JUDGE. HER CASE SHOULD HAVE BEEN HEARS A LONG TIME AGO, AND THE UNNECCESARY SUFFERING SHOULD HAVE STOPPED A LONG TIME AGO. I FEEL FOR YOU, JANINE. YOU HAVE BEEN MISLEAD.

Are you willing to defend the organisational rights of the union?

Can Cde Rian expect a fair hearing from these SABC managers?

By refusing to see our value, the SABC negotiators are:

Who currently keeps the SABC on air?

SEF has convinced Jane Duncan (freedom of expression champion) to accept our nomination, only if it comes from us

The counter proposal is:

Should CWU/MWASA refer the "agreement" signed by "SMS ballot" to CCMA for adjudication?

The letter to SABC Board is hereby:

Who can save the SABC?

What is the main reason you will strike?

What should the Minister do to stop the strike?

Who should we negotiate with?

Important Vote - Build the SABC

When you vote on this blog, your views are seen by the Minister, New Board, Exco, SMF, SOS campaign, TVIEC, ICASA, and the owners - the People of South Africa.

ONLY VOTE ONCE!, When it is the square tickboxes, first select ALL the blocks you agree with, then press "Vote".

ALL COMRADES MUST PLEASE VOTE! - pass it on - Shop Steward Janine Murison has been denied an opportunity to present the truth in Labour Court. Please mandate the Way Forward:

Which of the following are most responsible for the financial freefall at the SABC?

For Waste, Secrecy, Arrogance, and (Allegations), we Demand the Suspension and Invesigation of:

What is the best type of increase for you?

Should SABC EXCO refuse our demands, will you:
