Vocal Shop Stewards and the price they pay
Even while S&M Shop Steward and CWU Provincial Gender Co-ordinator, Janine Murison, tirelessly fights for justice and principle in court, almost every shop steward who questions management's exploitative pratices, gets victimised by SABC Management. Please comment on suggestions on how to put a stop to this.

It is such a pity you fools don't understand legal processes. She has not WON at the Labour Court! She only was granted the right to appeal. Every person has that right. You just have to ask for it. Every reasonable judge will and have to (unless in really extraordinary circumstances) grant the right to appeal. Why do you keep on misleading members by falsely bringing them under the impression you have won? You have won nothing! Janine should not have been in this situation in the first place! You are now spending members money on advocates becuase you were incompetent in the first place by not making sure her affidavit was filed.

ReplyDeleteTheir whole lives, they try to prove themselves "competent". The problem is that their hearts are in the wrong place.
Also their minds. janine's Affidavit was filed with Judge Bhoola EVEN BEFORE SHE WAS DISMISSED! Strange how "competent fools" will ignore those facts.
It remains that Judge Bhoola has only now started to see that her friendship with Puke Maseremule may have been a bad life choice. This fact is fast becoming clear to many people that have befriended the SABC intimidators over the last few years. The tide is turning.
What her ruling means is that there is now suddenly, in Bhoola's mind - "prospects for success". Full stop. The timing is brilliant. It means the demise of the thieves are nigh.
We are spending members money on advocates, yes. Good thing we have that money, isn't it. More than you "competent fools" can say! You have to use a buddy to provide cheap legal assistance, because your union is dwindling into non - existence.

Well said, comrade. I really wish the unions will now stop with their pathetic attempts at showing one another up. As long as the evil victimisers get their day, all unions should rejoice together.
